With a historic restored chuckwagon as a backdrop, guests enjoy outdoor campfire dinners or uniquely ranch, fine dining experience in the barn alley or the horse stalls in the barn. Meal choices range from steaks of grass fed, Texas Ranch Beef, cooked over a wood fire with southern style sides, barbeque with a variety of locally grown meats and traditional, gourmet sides or authentic Mexican cuisine, complete with all the trimmings and homemade pies.

Texas country bands or a lone cowboy guitar picker can be arranged to serenade your dinner or lead some cowboy tunes by the campfire.

Because our experiences are unique and completely tailored to each group's size and individual needs and wants, please call Taunia at 979-865-3649 for price quotes and more information or e-mail her at texasranchlife@gmail.com.
